Strategy

The Company’s investment strategy, approved at a General Meeting on November 29, 2010, focuses on acquiring a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect interests in the exploration of rare earth minerals and other critical metal projects and assets. This strategy allows the Company to explore investment opportunities on a global scale, with no geographical restrictions on potential ventures.

Investments may be made through outright acquisitions or by purchasing the assets, including intellectual property, of relevant businesses or projects. These investments could involve acquiring partial or full ownership of a company or project, which may include private or publicly listed entities. In some cases, investments may involve pre-revenue ventures. The Company’s investments could take various forms such as equity, joint ventures, debt, convertible securities, licensing rights, or other financial instruments deemed appropriate by the Directors.

The Company may act as both an active and passive investor depending on the specific nature of each investment. While the Company is committed to long-term investments, the Directors have no predetermined minimum or maximum holding periods for any investment. This approach ensures flexibility in managing the Company’s portfolio based on market conditions and strategic objectives.

There are no limits on the number of projects the Company can invest in, nor on the proportion of its gross assets that any single investment can represent at any given time. The Company is open to considering investment opportunities worldwide, allowing for dynamic portfolio growth and the ability to capitalize on diverse market conditions.
